Larson Electronics
Larson Electronics manufactures the
Magnalight 12 volt spotlights with magnetic base and 12 volt searchlights with magnetic base with magnetic bases and 16 foot cords in Dallas, TX. These
industrial grade 12 volt spotlights
have been a staple of the cable, telephone and electric utility industry since
1967. Magnalight has since its beginnings expanded this to include the military/law enforcement
industries, federal and local governments, and emergency and first responder industries as well.

The WALCD-4X24LED-UV395 Portable Ultraviolet LED Paint Curing Light Cart from Magnalight features four 72 watt UV LED lights produces 96 mW/cm² on adjustable telescoping arms. This light cart produces ultraviolet light in the 395nm range. This portable light cart is powered from a 12 volt deep cycle battery and provides an extremely rugged infrared lighting solution that is ideal for use in commercial and industrial security applications as well as military environments.
This portable ultraviolet LED light cart can be adjusted to any height between 4.5 and 7 feet. This LED paint curing cart produces light in the ultraviolet 395Nm of the light spectrum. Each LED lamp has twenty-four Edison Edixeon® 3 watt ultraviolet emitters arranged in rows and paired with high purity 35 degree optics to produce a wider beam spread and more light over a larger area nearer the fixture. Also offered in a 10 degree optics to produce a tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage.
These LED light bars are IP67 rated, waterproof (with pressure jets), sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt, and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications. The amount of illumination can be adjusted by positioning the light heads downward for more light closer to the light tower. The light heads are fitted with trunnion u-bracket mounts, which allows operators to adjust the heads through 270 degrees of tilt while still being mounted to the cart.

Durability: The WALCD-4X24LED-UV Ultraviolet curing cart incorporates four IP67 rated LED light emitters on a collapsible aluminum dolly style cart. These weatherproof LED lights have a durable powder coat finish, are IP67 rated waterproof, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt, and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications.
Dolly Cart: The heavy duty aluminum cart is durable, lightweight and adjustable to any length between 4.5 feet and 7 feet. Four swing arms hold the ultraviolet LED lights and allows each light to be adjusted and aimed independently of the other. This adjustability allows users to expand the area covered or to focus more intense coverage on a smaller area. The arms can be extended out to 2 feet, independingly adjusted up or down, and provide 360 degrees of tilt and rotation. The top two arms can be extedned to a maximum height of 7 feet. Each light head can removed with the lights still on it for simple portability, deployment, and servicing. The heavy duty construction of this cart and the light weight of the aluminum LED fixtures results in a portable yet very stable lighting platform that will hold its position, even in very windy conditions. The adjustable LED paint curing cart is constructed of heavy duty aluminum tubing and provides secure height adjustment, arm positioning, and light mounting that will hold position even in windy conditions.

Mounting: The LED light heads on this unit are mounted to 2 foot adjustable arms that allows the user to simply and easily change the position the light heads. Each LED light can be adjusted independently of the other to provide maximum coverage or maximum intensity.
Power: These LED carts are equipped with a 12 volt DC battery and charger mounted at the base of the cart. The LED lights can operate on current ranging from 9 to 42 VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on commercial boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical. There are several applications for this portable ultraviolet LED light cart including military, law enforcement and industrial use.

CE Certified
3 year warranty replacement on this LED light. After 30 days, the customer ships the failed LED light and/or LED bulb to Larson Electronics’ Magnalight at their expense. If the failure is a manufacturer defect, we will ship a new replacement to the customer. If failure occurs within 30 days of receipt, Larson Electronics Magnalight will provide a return label via email to the customer. When the failed light is returned, Magnalight will ship a new replacement. |
